Compression, acupressure, and yoga-like assisted stretching make up the basics of Thai massage. This advanced massage technique is performed with the client fully clothed (gym clothes or loose fitting clothes). It is gentle enough for pregnant women, or those suffering from mobility issues, and effective enough to reduce pain, lower stress, increase mobility, improve sleep and digestion, recover from surgery or stroke, and improve circulation.

Capable hands ground and anchor you while wringing the tension from layers of muscle. This Swedish-based massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, & create healthful benefits. Essential oils geared toward your specific needs are added to the lotion. Crystals of sea salt are gently massaged into your back at the end of the massage. You will melt into the table with this signature massage.

This gentle technique is used to relieve scar tissue restrictions. Scar tissue can restrict the way our body's muscle & soft tissue layers move over one another and even effect the flow of blood and lymph fluids to an area. This can cause limited mobility and discomfort and in some cases, make the body more prone to injury in that area. Our gentle scar tissue release helps free the body from those restrictions so complete healing can take place and the body restored to balance.
60 Minute Sessions $70+

Hydrotherapy in the raindrop shower complete with hand-held wand and body jets. Self-guided element spa ritual for strong, healthy glowing skin. Chroma therapy for face. Relieve muscle tension with chromatherapy in the spa jet tub.* Movement therapy and meditation therapy in a breathtaking virtual environment. A 60 minute signature massage is included. Refreshment & charcuterie provided. The option to upgrade your 60 minute massage to a weightless, hypnotic, tranquil in-water massage is available for an additional fee.
